Scheduling your appointment
Appointments are seen in the mornings Monday through Friday.
Our staff is available by phone 8am—5pm Monday through Friday.
Appointments may be reserved by the referring veterinarian or scheduled directly by the client.
You may schedule your consultation and surgery dates separately, or you may schedule your consultation so that Dr. Fry will be available to do surgery that same day. If you decide to have that option available, be sure to feed nothing but water past midnight the night before the appointment. Our hospital provides comfortable beds and blankets for your pet's hospital stay, but you are welcome to bring a special blanket or toy from home if you prefer. If your pet has any food allergies, please bring your own food to continue through hospitalization.
The Referral Process
Referrals are initiated by your family veterinarian who will send a referral form, pertinent records, lab work and/ or x-rays in advance. If your appointment is scheduled less than 3 days in advance, it may be best to bring x-rays with you to your appointment. Your regular veterinarian will be updated promptly regarding your appointment and treatment of your pet. Communication between the specialist and your family veterinarian is of utmost importance for the best care of your animal companion.
